Medical / Dental:
Orthodontics Manufacturers: CitriSurf has proven to be an improvement in performance and cost. The principal manufacturers state that CitriSurf does a better job of cleaning and passivation without damage to the gold & palladium brazing used in assemblies.
Orthopaedic devices give excellent results.
Surgical and Medical equipment: CitriSurf has proven to outperform the standard nitric acid passivation methods while offering much reduced hazards, corrosion and etching of the steel. Significant reduction in rejects on laser etched instruments.
Industrial:
Many manufacturers of general industrial stainless steel products have found that CitriSurf products yield improved performance with safer, lower cost lines. In general line speed is increased significantly. Some of the products are springs (for all industries), fasteners, brackets, valve fittings and electronics.
